About Leonardo Leite

From 2017 to 2019 I worked as CIO at Itaipu Binacional, leading a team of approximately 200 ICT professionals, supporting the plant's technological modernization process. Previously, I worked 12 years at SERPRO - Federal Data Processing Service, the largest public company providing services in information technology in Brazil. As a career employee, I worked on several software development projects for the Brazilian Federal Government, evolving from more technical activities to management and team leadership activities. I like to study and be involved in scientific research, specifically in the area of ​​Information Technologies for Public Administration, which led me, in 2015, to publish the book “eGOV.strategic: Electronic Government for the Performance Management of Public Administration ”.
