My role encompasses everything from the initial phase to project closure in IT, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and completion. I created a training plan to empower pre-sales consultants of technological projects; through the development of material, guides, presentations and recordings that allowed to transmit the knowledge in an effective way, developing a good one.
