Role: Senior Telecommunications TechnicianSupporting the customers that were using the International Roaming feature, working with operators in other countries to identify and correct issues related to this feature; Monitoring of VAS and Packet Core elements, to identify failures and ensure their availability.

Role: Telecommunications TechnicianI presented the project for the creation of the analysis, screening and remote solution of failures for xDSL clients (Velox), a sector that came to be implemented in the company; Working in team leadership and in the selection and training of new employees.
