I have successfully led consultive sales, after-sales, process implementation, and quality standards for large-scale manufacturers and small boatbuilders in the U.S, LATAM, and South Africa markets.Currently, I am the Chief Operating Officer at DGS Boats Corp (US) and DGS Industrial (BR), where I develop and execute strategies to produce high-speed hybrid HDPE boats for commercial and leisure applications. I also oversee product and plant management, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Additionally, as Director and Consultant at Forza Marittima, a boat engine dealer and maintenance solutions provider, I have achieved significant business revenue growth, established a pattern concept store for Mercury Marine of Brazil, and facilitated the sale of the first Brazilian military boat for a U.S law enforcement agency.
