I am an upbeat, lifelong learner and pride myself in taking a hands-on approach to leadership. I excel in fast paced environments and pride myself in being able to creatively plan and effectively execute strategies using all resources at my disposition, while remaining adaptable to unexpected outcomes. To effectively complete tasks, I heavily rely on grit, effective communication and empathy both with coworkers & patients /customers to ensure we achieve the best possible outcome, while learning and preparing for future tasks. When I am not in a work environment, I deeply cherish spending time with my family & friends. For leisure I pursue various forms of physical activity & often run with my 2 active dogs. I’m a firm believer in leaving a place better than when you found it and so I strive to incorporate moral practices in my life that benefit others.
