Responsible for origination and development of renewable energy projects in Brazil.

D&W coordinator in the third phase of the resource ambition mapping project within the production technology department for Åsgard, Kristin and Gullfaks fields in the NCS. Main accountabilities:- Come up with viable solutions for well lifetime extension.- Design wells to reach smaller reservoir targets, high focus on low cost/high productivity wells. - Selection of hydraulic fracturing methods for offshore mature reservoirs. - Close cooperation with reservoir and production engineers to tailor solutions aiming at extracting as much oil as possible from depleted formations and ensuring an economically viable field lifetime extension.

Responsible for D&W operations in the Peregrino field, working during the night shift.

Responsible for planning well completions, going offshore as well engineer and managing supplier contracts.

Technical responsible for well integrity, wells in operation.Well integrity engineer major responsibilities:- Diagnostic work and technical evaluation of requirement deviation permits.- Knowledge of the well barrier status at all times throughout the lifetime of the well.- Maintain well integrity database and software (iWIT)- Establish wellhead and christmas tree maintenance routines and procedures- Competence building among operational personnel- Support general tasks (changing of alarm limits, well handover documentation, evaluate possible modifications to well design, etc)

Implement a performance tracking/performance tool utilized to organize drilling data into meaningfull information, used to optimize new wells drilling time; analyzing NPT and invisible lost time causes.

Active role in implementing the Activity Planning Segment in Brazil; analysis of the assets of the company to define, implement and manage the standard Region-wide planning and scheduling tools; interface with other functions (Reliability and maintenance, Engeneering Services, S&OR and Wells); schedule activities of the Operations Department.
