Responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all levels of the company:• People management and performance for the Talent Acquisition team;• Ensuring process consistency and quality in the Talent team's strategy;• Focal point for high leadership positions;• Responsible for the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and leading projects with the team;• Employer Branding: activation channels for job postings, events, scheduled initiatives, partnerships with platforms, and community engagement for talent attraction;• Management of indicators and KPI for Talent and D&I themes;• Ownership of the D&I and literacy program: responsible for creating and ensuring the consistency of the D&I strategy by leading impactful projects that enhance people's perception of value and strengthen the D&I culture in the company.

Responsible for leading the Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, and Diversity & Inclusion teams across all company structures (Technology, Business, and Medical Areas). Key responsibilities and deliverables include:• People management and performance oversight for the Talent Acquisition team;• Continuous improvement of the recruitment process;• Reporting on indicators across all themes to the leadership board;• Creation of the D&I Program, scheduled initiatives, and management of D&I data;• Development of Programs: Young Apprentice, Referral Program, and Internal Recruitment;• Employer Branding Strategy: activation channels, events, career page, scheduled actions, partnerships with platforms and communities and content management.

Responsible for leading the consultative recruitment process for all levels/positions across diferents areas, such as: Growth (Acquisition, Retention, and Branding), Engineering, Digital Product, Product Design, and Analytics:• Ensuring the hiring strategy and quality of the end-toend recruitment process.;• Managing employer branding, including participation in recruitment events, community partnerships, talent attraction strategy and hiring for diversity initiatives;• Conducting competency-based interviews;• Generating reports and monitoring KPIs for the recruitment process.

Responsible for leading the consultative recruitment process for all levels/positions to the business areas:• Supporting leadership in guiding the hiring process, from job opening to delivering the candidate for offers;• Conducting onsite group dynamics;• Performing skilss-based interviews;• Generating KPIs reports for the recruitment process;• Planning and implementing improvements in the recruitment and selection processes.

Responsible for managing the field partner base at QuintoAndar, ensuring the quality of their performance:• Recruitment and selection of partners (Brokers, Inspectors and Photographers). Responsible for base growth;• Assisting in the organization of events and engagement activities;• Providing support in the implementation of the partner training platform.

Responsible for implementing on-site training sessions (logistical support and assistance to the events agency):• Supporting training scheduling and logistics management for products intended for the trainingsaround all Brazil;• Handling the request, tracking, and reporting of payments and contracts, including budget management for the department;• Participating in supplier bidding processes;• Monitoring and managing the support channel from training team.
