I have 17 years in my current position with various roles which go far beyond customer service roles. I possess vast knowledge of multiple CRM systems and even help the implementation of in the company but testing and ensuring the business department needs are met. I have extensive knowledge of Windows office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. The systems I have used to complete my daily work requirements are Clarify, Siebel, Salesforce, Costpoint, LN, and MINX. Most current being used is Salesforce and Costpoint. I have many responsibilities in my current position such metric reporting, creating and maintaining current procedures, ordering parts for government contracted entities and commercial and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
