Main activities: Coordinate the Multidisciplinary Maintenance Team, always prioritizing Safety and Environment, focusing on the implementation of changes established by the Company Management, knowing the individual skills and abilities, delegating consistently the activities and improving with training. Coordinate Maintenance Activities in the Mobile Machinery Sector, being responsible for the physical availability of the Assets, using SAP-PM and BI as a tool for control and planning, implementation of new projects such as World Class Maintenance (MCM), analysis of flaws and processes using the 5W2H and LeanSix Sigma tools, and the delivery of Financial Results, with the annual Budget, CAPEX and OPEX, using the Adaptive Planning tool and managing the budget of R$ 51 Million.Total 173 Equipments and Staff of 146 Employees.Equipment: Metal Processing Plants, Kirow Pot Carrier, Kirow Crane, Multi Moover 700 Kirow, Loader, Hydraulic Excavator, Off-Highway Trucks, Broock, Munck, Truck, Truck and Pile Trucks, Forklifts and Reach Stacker 45 to 54 Tons, Trailer Trucks, Hot and Cold Pallets for plate transport.
