Support to production lines by addressing material shortages.OEAD Management: Mitigation of risks for exposed materials due to pending Engineering Orders (OEs), open Purchase Orders (POs), unprocessed Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and unused items. Recovered over $15 million in exposed materials.ERP SAP Expertise: Proficient in managing inventory, material control, and operational processes using SAP.Workshops with Critical Suppliers: Active participation in aligning strategies, analyzing performance, and mitigating risks.Change Control Board (CCB): Support in approving product modifications (PCR), opening and reviewing Engineering Orders (EOs), and adjusting schedules.VSM and Optimization: Application of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to reduce lead times and improve critical processes. Analysis of production line issues and project follow-up.Aeronautical Project Management: Oversight, feasibility analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives.Administrative and Business Activities: Support for high-impact tasks in the Programs sector.
