Manage a team of product engineers (12 people) and responsible for all New Product Development activities and Value Engineering actions.Coordinate simultaneously hardware developments and software/app developments with local team.Ensure proper, accurate and timely communication to BU management team.Define, recommend and drive engineering objectives, develop specific short and long range plans and programs together with supporting budget requests.Develop annual engineering budget plans including engineering and technology requirements, value engineering initiatives, product testing and validation, and sustaining engineering requirements.Coordinate with product management, manufacturing, technical support and service in the accomplishment of engineering goals.

Evaluate the contractual deliverables, in content and contractual obligations.Manage Cost Budget and given Cost targets defining a detailed execution-timing plan with constant updating, improvement, and follow-up.Managing and coordinating the project team.Identification of risk and opportunities developping risk mitigation plans and opportunities actions plans.Manage all customer communication.

Responsible for the product designing in compliance with the Marketing specification and with the product final cost. Managing of the designing Engineers activities in compliance with the budget and timing. Responsible in the technical relationships with the main suppliers for the outsourcing portion of the product. Managing of the Product Changes during the complete lifecycle. Responsible of the activities of the Product configuration on project.

Product Development Manager Deputy of Handling Standard Products.

Proposal for special projects: Responsible for RFQ analysis, time and cost estimation for the offer definition. Project Management for special projects: Responsible for the Project time schedule and budget (Designing, Manufacturing, Installation, Training, etc.).

Mechanical Project Leader for machining lines. Responsible for machining process definition, line layout designing, special equipment designing. Responsible for the internal and outsourcing engineering design activities in compliance with the project timing and budget.

Mechanical Project Engineer of special equipments for machining lines.

Designing of a prototype of a transfer line module for automotive parts machining integrating a robot transfer system.FEM optimization and re-designing of a 5-axes machining center for automotive parts machining.FEM optimization and re-designing of standard cells for automotive engines automatic assembly and of standard conveyors systems.
