Team manager for MétisVelaUniPD, the sailing team of the university of Padua. The team competes in the 1001VELACUP and in the Foiling SuMoth Challenge.

During my tenure as the head of the design department, I worked together with 30+ people to design a Moth Class sailboat adhering to the SuMoth Challenge rules.Through this experience I've learnt to design a boat hull to be structurally sound as well as the hydrofoils.I prepared the preliminary designs for each part of the boat, while keeping in touch with the construction team as well as giving my colleagues tasks weekly.Finished the designing process I delved in the construction part, both to learn how to work with composites and to check that the designs were respected.

Mainly focused towards the customer experience, I helped the clientele to find the fit they were looking for.
