Ensure business continuity through planning and setting goals established under international standards.Main Responsibilities: • Forecast and cost projections to establish annual operations budget.• Managing resources of the organization to ensure business continuity in accordance with customer requirements through CAPEX and OPEX budgets.• Conducting corrective actions plan and enhance SOP´s based on KPI´s.• Documenting Process, as well as developing operations procedures.• Developing solutions by defining, study, estimate, and detection of alternative solutions. • To drive daily operations.• To consider within each project efficiency, cost savings, energy savings, ease operation, safety, environment and quality time. • Investigate the root cause (Root Cause Analysis - RCA) problems and recommend actions to prevent recurrence• Ensure business continuity of our client through planning and setting goals established under international standards.• To maintain safe work environment by complying with the rules and procedures according with local regulations.

Responsible for the construction and implementation multidiscipline facilities projects. Competent in all phases of Project Management activities including, budgeting, planning & design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight and project closure. Main task:* Following cost estimates and scheduling project.* Customer service* To support during the selection of consultants for engineering design, participation in the bidding process for construction projects.* To review of detailed engineering proposed in the project. * Responsible for the work Inspection (Quality Assurance, Quantity of Work, Costs, Changes etc.)* Guarantee that every project meets all HS&E standars of P&G. * Report direct to the Project Manager all the stages a of every project.

Main Tasks:• Performing quarterly financial forecast.• Provide support to manage 15 out of 30 budget accounts, analyzing and making monthly financial projections. • Coordinate and supervise infrastructure works as well as in other fields such as electrical engineering, waterproofing roofs, change and maintenance of chilled water pipes, including work at height. • Coordination with the external contractor for predictive and preventive maintenance of equipments, when needed. • Training on Process Safety in P&G Ohio US, to identify risks in an operation and calculate in a given situation.
