In my role, I work with a team of talented developers and analysts, managing the Nexperts plataform, a crowdsourcing content service that connects NZN publishers to a community of freelance content producers, providing thousands of projects monthly to all NZN properties like Tecmundo, Voxel, The Brief, MegaCurioso, Baixaki and also clients like Mackezie, Estadão, GoDaddy and others. My goal is to promote a better product experience, with optimized processes that deliver high quality content in a scalable and sustainable way.Nexperts Main Outcomes- Publisher NPS increase of 20 to 53 in 1 year- Freelancers NPS increase of 46 to 64 in 1 year- Increase in the average grade of freelancers by 17% in 1 year- Increased D30 user retention of 23% to 35% in 3 months- Increase of 20% Q/Q in NSM Approved projects.

During my time at Mega Sistemas, I've been involved with new product development. From creating interactive resources to innovating entire ERP products, I've helped improve user experience by using Design Thinking, UX Research, information architecture, prototyping and usability testing. I've aimed to assure that customers can get the most value from our tools in the most effective and efficient ways possible. My projects range from mobile, web to desktop devices. Through agile methodologies, I've worked closely with product owners, developers and a multidisciplinary UX team that is passionate, creative and motivated to build tools that help make interactive experiences better for people on a daily basis. Mega Sistemas was acquired by Senior Sistemas in 2018.

I spent my time at Nomine as a graphic designer and art finisher. I took part of several project for companies such as Grupo Educacional Bom Jesus, Shopping Crystal, Charlotte Pães, Bematech, Alphaville, amongst others.

As a trainee for a government agency, I was involved in creating design materials for various events and cultural projects supported by the state; We also put together exhibitions of several artists from Paraná in several museums coordinated by SEEC-PR.
