Appointed Finance Director in charge of DANONE’s Southern Cone Shared Services Center (Argentine, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile), responsible of Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Audit & Internal Control, Foreign Trade and Insurance, rendering services for the four business lines of the Group at the Region (Fresh Dairy Products, Beverages, Baby Nutrition and Medical Nutrition). This position, responsible of 1 Bio Euros net sales, reports directly to the Finance Director for Latin America.

Appointed Finance Director for the Fresh Dairy Products division of Group DANONE in Colombia. Main objectives were the set up and consolidation of the business in Colombia, reporting directly to the Country General Manager and the Latam Finance Director. Leading Finance (Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Internal Control), IS/IT and Legal teams, main responsibilities included: Finance: - Forecast and Monitor business financial performance, to ensure reaching short-, medium- and long-term goals. -Assess financial impact and support every decision, to align them with business targets. -Forecast cash flow. Optimize financial structure and ensure appropriate cash funding for the business. -Operating cash flow analysis, focused on investment repayment. -Build up and Monitor Company’s budget (results and cash flow).-Ensure tax and accounting compliance. -Lead and coordinate relationship with outsourced services and external auditors. Legal: - Ensure compliance in all legal matters. -Coordinate and supervise outsourced legal advisors. IT/IS: - Coordinate and supervise outsourced services to support the business. -Design and implement business intelligence tools to optimize business analysis.

After joining the Group in 2002, I have had different responsibilities and positions in one of the biggest Business Unit of the Group, as follow:March 2006 – December 2009: appointed as Business Planning Manager, reporting to South America VP Finance.Leading a 4-direct reporting team, main current responsibilities include:- monitoring the financial performance of the Business Unit (results and cash flow) on monthly basis.- Planning and annual budget building, supervising and coordinating activities of both Operational and Sales & Marketing Controlling teams. Monthly / Quarterly results forecasting. Budget and Estimates follow up.- Cash management.- Capital expenditure evaluation (assessment and payback)- build up and reporting of the monthly results and consolidation packages with Headquarters under IFRS standards. Scoreboards to Direction Committee build up and update.- Internal control responsible (Sox) for the Business Unit.October 2003: after being appointed as Accounting Manager at Shared Service Unit, I was promoted to Business Control Senior Analyst at Dairy Products division, reporting to Business Unit Controller. With a 2-direct reporting team, main responsibilities included:- Results and cash flow forecasting and build up of monthly reporting package to the Group.

joined the Group as Chief Accounting Officer for Dairy Products division at Argentinean Shared Service Unit (SSU). Leading a 3-direct- and 10-indirect- reporting team, main responsibilities included:- keeping BU’s books (general ledger, account payables, inventories, fixed assets and account receivables) under IFRS.- The whole reporting process to the Group, issuance of local financial statements and attend to local regulatory institutions’ requirements.

I joined the Company as Junior Assistant at Audit Energy – Oil & Gas Department, being appointed as Senior in 1998. Upon June 2000, I was in charge of the external audit team of Perez Companc S.A., the most important Co. of the electricity sector and second player in oil & gas upstream and downstream markets.Leading a 10-direct reporting team, main responsibilities included:- the analysis and preparation of financial statements under the rules of the National Stock Exchange Commission and under the General Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (US GAAP) to be submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (20-F and Offering Memorandum) with specialization in Oil Industry, Refinery, Petrochemical Industry and Hydrocarbons Transport Companies; - Detailed Survey of the Internal Control circuits, design and implementation of controls applied to diverse information flows of the organizations.

Joined the firm as junior consultant, being Semi-senior consultant as from 1995. Main responsibilities included the administration and fixed assets control, inventory settlement and appraisal. Loan-staff for fixed assets accounting.
