• Obtained an Award in 2005 for Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship by presenting the best business plan for a business that was presented by my business partner and myself.• Awarded a Varsity College star award for obtaining distinctions from 2007 till 2009 and for making it onto the Deans roll of honour list• Ran the Marketing and Advertising for Durbanville Catholic Church International Food Festival from 2008 till 2010 fundraising over R260 000 in the three years for the parish.• Been involved and working with teenagers since Jan 2005 till Dec 2012 at Durbanville Catholic Church assisting with the preparation for the final year confirmation and controlling and co-ordinating all social planning, events and activities to make the year as fun as possible by interacting with each other in a fun and entertaining environment that is youth appropriate.• Co-coordinator from 2010 - 2013 of the Italian pavilion, comprising of 11 stalls at the annual Community Chest of the Western Cape fundraising festival• Involved at The Italian Club of Cape Town (ICCT) as part of the management committee and focusing on Entertainment, Events and Recreational Activities. Main events catering for between 350 and 400 people are Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers, Day, Christmas in July, Mr & Miss Primavera Pageant, Christmas and New Years Eve. Am also involved in smaller events during the year.
