QUANTITY SURVEYOR - OFFICE• Checking of Pre and Post Tender Documents by verifying quantities from drawings against BOQ. (Sub-Structure, Super Structure, Architectural, Interior and Landscape) • Prepare queries for any discrepancy that may occur from issued tender drawing against BOQ.• Assisting the Estimator by preparing request for quotation from supplier/Sub-contractor.• Assisting the Supplier / sub-contractor’s queries regarding their proposal• Prepare Quantity take-off for Precast Element and have knowledge in pricing.QUANTITY SURVEYOR – PROJECT SITE1. Prepare quantity for quarries for sub-contractor .2. Prepare sub-contractor proposal by preparing Bid Summary and submit to immediate superior for Final Evaluation and approval.3. Review/Evaluate sub-contractor invoices before preparing payment certificate.4. Prepare quantity for any claims and variation order.
