In continuity with my previous position, coordinating and monitoring PNRR projects and investments as part of the Digital Transformation Department Program Management Office (PMO)

Team assistant of the Digital Transformation Team at the Department for the digital transformation of the Presidency of the Council of MinistersTasks:- Supporting the work of the team, with a focus on international aspects fo digitalisation, contributing to the identification of metrics and monitoring the progress of the projects owned by the Department for digital transformation;- Supporting the technical assistant in the comparison of activities of similar offices in other nations and in establishing the best practices, analyzing trends, identifying disruptive solutions and new technologies that can represent strategic opportunities for the Digital Agenda.- CTO assistant in the activity of program management for the projects of the Digital Transformation Team- Supporto to coordinate and monitor PNRR projects and investments as part of the Program Management Office (PMO).

- Supporting to the work of the team, with a particular focus on the international aspects of the Italian government digitalisation;- Contributing to the analysis of the current digital divide in Italy and to future policies’ proposals;- Assisting the experts of the Team in a vast array of activities and events, concerning the leading projects such as pagoPA, IO, ANPR, SPID and CIE.

Directorate H (Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, eGovernment, eHealth, Smart cities)- Contributing to the work of the units in the Directorate H and the Directorate office, with a particular focus on cybersecurity and international implications (ad es. EU-China Cyber Taskforce); - Acquiring specialized knowledge and practical experience of EU policies, rules, procedures, and activities, especially within the field of DG CONNECT, Dir. H (Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, eGovernment, eHealth, Smart cities); - Participating in meetings of different levels and collaborating in organizational, information, documentation and logistic tasks; - Assisting the Director in a vast array of activities, conferences and taskforces on Cybersecurity issues.

- Conducted researches in commissioned project on EU-Asia relations;- Participated in a vast array of seminars on current EU-China relations and on Countering Violent Extremism in Central Asia, among which MERICS European China Talent Program 2016, Norsec 2016 and the KU Leuven International Symposium on Counter Violent Extremism; - Played the role of Facilitator at the Security Jam 2016.

- Collaborated in a research project on Extremism in Central Asia and organised a related event for the publication of the report;- Researched on Maritime Security in the Indian Ocean, European and Chinese Politics in the Arctic and Disaster Resilience and Response in Asia;- Organised conferences, events and lectures.
