• Analyzed an average of 35 loans per week, reviewing and assessing business and personal credit reports, proposed collateral, completing cash flow analysis, and determining whether the loan fits within the BLE policy parameter of approval. • Exercised loan approval authority for a plethora of loans of different nature within the threshold of $350K based on financial fundamentals and BLE policy requirements. • Coordinated post-approval communication between the loan officers and the closing team to ensure that the final documents are accurate, assuring a closing rate of two days.

• Manage a $3.5 million portfolio made up with a diversify selection of stocks and bonds • Create reports by collecting and analyzing the economic and financial environment surrounding a stock or a bond to determine the proper investment • Examine data using Excel and Solver in order to identify investment patterns• Analyze the portfolio’s performance using different resources such as Bloomberg, Reuters and Morning Star• Forecasting data to determine the possible movements of the market that could affect the portfolio• Address meetings with the Roland George Investment trustees to propose new stocks or bonds for the portfolio
