Heading the Quality & Processes Area, I was responsible for the key deliverables as follows:-Supported the creation of a new Quality & Assurance Concept for AGS Holding.-Working closely with the Board of Administration, established Company Formal Organizational Culture, formatting the Values, Vision and Mission in order to enable CEO to meet strategic financial goals in a range of 8 years.- Coached Marketing Department to reposition the brand globally from AGS Holding to AGS Global Logistics.- Coached RH Department to prepare a specific Business Case in order to get approval for the purchase and deployment of an automated system to optimize payroll routines.-Coached IT Department to integrate the database by getting approval for Area Manager to obtain formal training in Data Science so that leaders in all company levels could improve quality data driven decisions.- Concepting & Deployment of a Purchasing Department, cost saving in a fiscal year between 2.2 to 3.2 million BRL. Figures to be confirmed.- Together with the competent Quality Manager, Ana Luiza Aguilar, reporting to the CEO & I, officially qualified one of the legal entities of AGS group, to pass OEA audit. (Receita Federal do Brasil Program)- Team Leader for the deployment of 3PL Outsourcing Contracts (E.g. Safran Brazil)- Consultant to support Sales Teams in several business development management projects.- Stakeholder for Kaizen events to integrate operations between Brazil & USA FFW Business Units.
