- Responsible for key support areas in local Services Organization, as such handling quotations for Services and Spare Parts cases, execution of customer’s orders for spare parts and technical support for end customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Spare Parts, Proposal and Field Service);- Manage resourcing and ensure that team competencies match with the role specific requirements and develop them accordingly;- Responsible for efficient operative performance follow-up, corrective actions and related reporting;- Ensure that global processes, operating model, governance, tools, roles and responsibilities are in place locally;- Maintain and define strategies for local spares parts inventory in Brazil, in cooperation with Global Team;- Accountable for operative KPIs, as such quotation handling time, spare parts on time delivery, stock availability, etc;- Strategy definition on Capex spares packages in cooperation with Sales Team.

- Responsibility of Spare Parts business and its operations in Brazil;- Drive end to end cooperation between global spare parts and stakeholders in Services and Capex teams;- Responsible to ensure that MAs are continuously improving customer service experience in spare part operations, through consistent management of KPIs;- Handling of spare parts quotations and long term agreements propositions;- Manage end to end delivery process, from customer order recognition to outbound activities, including sales order creation in ERP, purchasing, logistics and warehouse operations;- Ensure implementation of Global processes and guidelines locally;- Act in cooperation with Sales Team, in order to leverage spare parts business within Brazilian market, through spare parts offerings, value propositions, distribution strategies, etc;- Manage local spares inventory and its policies, in cooperation with Global Support Team;- Manage resourcing and ensure team competencies;

- Management of Spare Parts activities in Service Center (handling inquiries, making quotations, pricing, sales orders, purchasing, delivery services, forwarding, warehousing, invoicing, daily customer interface regarding spare parts issues);- Operative performance and follow-up;- Spare parts quotations and offering packages;- Shared responsibility of spare parts sales volume of the unit;- Shared responsibility of customer service and customers satisfaction;- Shared responsibility of the spare parts gross margin %;- Shared responsibility of the spare parts market share %;- Shared responsibility of spare parts sales volume in selected customers and Product Lines;

- Elaboration of Spare Parts quotations, as such commercial and technical offers for focused technologies (crushers, grinding mills, vibrating screens, belt conveyors, slurry pumps, etc);- Cost analysis, pricing and margins strategies/definitions;- Long term agreements offerings;- Customer negotiation;- Act as a bridge between customer and technology team, in order to identify customer needs and propose solution/improvements on components performance (costs and life time);- Sales order creation on ERP system (SAP)
