I'm a journalist by education, which has provided me with a solid foundation of knowledge and curiosity. However, from the beginning of my journey, I realized that my future lay in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.I began my career as a Content Manager at Globosat, where I was responsible for the digital media of Multishow and had the opportunity to contribute to two Multishow Awards. I spent several years as a Marketing Coordinator for events and music festivals until 2009 when I played a pivotal role in the creation of the Digital Content Agency Movimento (later acquired by the FLAGCX Group).Driven by the desire to create something of my own, I founded Café das 4, where I honed various management skills. Over a span of more than 10 years in the industry, we engaged in projects involving digital strategies, product launches, content creation, live marketing, growth marketing, and development for iconic clients in Rio de Janeiro, such as RIOgaleão International Airport, Piraquê, Maracanã, Som Livre, Riocentro, Bienal do Livro Rio, Leite de Rosas, as well as clients like Sony Music, Lollapalooza Brasil, RIO2C, Festeja, Grupo GL Events, Like Fest, Portal PorQueÉMulher, Etapa Rio do Campeonato Mundial de Surf, Jeunesse Arena, and others.In response to the evolving landscape in recent years, I felt compelled to seek new professional challenges. It was at this juncture that I accepted an invitation to return to the corporate arena and assume the role of Marketing Lead, contributing to the departmental restructuring of one of XP Investimentos' largest offices, InvestSmart.Over nearly three years, I experienced substantial growth and learning through team engagement, internal team coordination, strategic and operational departmental structuring, extensive hiring efforts, and the coordination of two business expos (Smart Summit). This resulted in doubling custodial assets, revenues, and culminated in our recognition as the best-performing office within the XP network.
