I was awarded as Young Social Entrepreneur Of The Year - Brazil in 2016 and as a Young Social Entrepreneur Of The Year - Global in 2018 by Laureate International.Recognitions are cool, but what matters is our essence and how it is used to serve.✨ I am an eternal freshman who always keeps my experiences in my heart.     A+ Educação's mission is to provide voice, resources and recognition for all teachers.We believe that everyone had at least one teacher who changed their lives because there are people who build houses, people who build companies, but who build real people are the teachers.We started our non-profit organization as a crowdfunding platform for public school teachers and then pivoted (a fancy term to say that we changed the focus because it wasn't working so well) for teacher training.A respect for the most important profession in the world arose from a mother and two aunt teachers, which became a passion for education, which became my first major project, which became my first business.Here I was the famous doer of everything. Anyone who starts a business from scratch knows what I'm saying. With 21 years in the face and a lot of desire to make it happen, there were more than 10,000 teachers in 16 Brazilian states trained and with projects funded.There was a little bit of everything.     Shary was a collaborative grocery list comparison app.In the app you would create your grocery list, share it, take the opportunity to compare prices in real time and find out where you would save before you leave home.In those two years, between the idea and the first pizza until we launched the product on the market, there were countless nights and weekends worked, two carnivals in the office validating the database, lots of laughter and did I mention pizzas?UX of the app, actions with influencers, lots of gifts to acquire users, ads, not so orthodox actions, advertising campaigns, endless trips to supermarkets, number 1 app of the category in the week of launch, over R$ 50,000.00 invested among partners, meeting with countless investors, worn-out shoe soles, sharp pitch, tireless search for a CTO, management of software house, management of social networks, management of expectations...A great learning journey.
