I was offered to complete of a project in layer-fMRI within a specific deadline of one year using previously acquired data. This required quickly getting familiar with this new type of MRI data and the associated data processing methods.- Developing preprocessing scripts in bash (FSL, dcm2niix) and python (ANTs) suitable for multi-core fast processing.

Together with Michel Thiebaut de Schotten, we investigated the organization of the connections in the frontal lobe by means of non-invasive methods, that is fiber tractography based on diffusion-weighted MRI. We performed for the first time the parcellation of the frontal lobe on the basis of its anatomical connectivity both in humans and in other.
