Managed a multicultural team (French, Italian, Chinese, Spanish, Iranian, Serbian) working on middleware and front-office products in Amadeus. Performed recruitment interviews, appraisal review and objectives settings, regular 1:1s, long-term roadmap, budget control and planning.We delivered the most used component of Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, the command page. Our deliverables were critical for the roll-out of the product on all markets, i.e. +500.000 travel agents worldwide. The team owned the feature full-stack from the UI to the backend. We worked in close and healthy relationship with product management teams.We also developed and maintained critical communication middleware used by all Amadeus e-commerce products and Amadeus Departure Control system.The team initiated several innovation projects following Amadeus internal innovation programme and filed two patents.
