I am a husband, a father, a trainer and an IT professional. I have spent all my professional live in technology related projects, specially teaching people how to get the most out of the information they have. I work as a Brand Manager at Dell Latin America handling Notebooks and Solutions focused on mobility, such as BYOD and User Data Security. My background includes a variety of topics such as Storage, Servers, Backup and Recovery, ITIL, Windows Server, Technical Sales, Software Sales, Services Outsourcing, etc.I specialize in taking documentation on technology and communicating it to marketing, sales and leadership people in a way that is easy to remember and apply in their lives to achieve their objectives. I enjoy training in its different stages (develop courses, deliver trainings, coaching, etc.) because I can help others achieve their goals.I strongly believe that cooperation, and not competition, is what set humans apart from other species. I like family topics such as parenting and marriage. My wife and I have found great joy in working with families, for the family. This includes spending time with relatives every other weekend and teaching others what we have learned in our own marriage.
