Hello! I'm Leonardo Henrique, a technology and innovation enthusiast. I have gained solid experience in various technologies through challenging projects.Currently, I work as a Technical Leader Specialist in SRE at NTT DATA, collaborating with one of the largest private hospital networks in Brazil to bring improvements and advancements in processes and systems from an SRE perspective. In this role, I'm responsible for structuring team activities, providing daily technical support, and managing people. My scope of work includes supporting the expansion of observability (monitoring infrastructure and applications using appropriate and reliable tools), defining SLO and SLA, automating TOILs, enhancing system availability and performance, among other tasks.Throughout my journey, I've had the opportunity to work in other domains, such as finance, at Neonslate, a blockchain projects umbrella, where I played different roles during my tenure, including project administrator, backend developer, and SRE. My work at this company had a significant positive impact as I contributed to system design, technical requirement definition, implementation, and maintenance, aiming for high availability and resilience while respecting the defined SLO and SLA to deliver an excellent end-user experience.In my career, I have worked with Tron Blockchain, Node.js, Python, Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack (Syhtetics, Heartbeat, Filebeat, Metricbeat, APM, Logstash), Rundeck, Ansible, Terraform, Serverless Technologies, Orion Solar Winds, databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Elasticsearch, MongoDB), bash scripting, Python, Golang, and Linux.I also gained expertise in the software development life cycle while working at ORB Studio, a startup that I co-founded during high school. There, I developed skills in WordPress, database design and structuring using MySQL, server infrastructure, and full-stack system development, ranging from landing pages and institutional websites to e-commerce platforms with integrated management and payment systems.My passion for technology began at the age of 14 when I wrote my first lines of code to create a notepad game using if-else statements. Since then, I have continuously expanded my knowledge and skills - and I have no plans to stop.
