 Realização de Projetos de conversão de linhas de produção de latas de alumínio (Cupper, Bodymaker, Printer, Inside Spray, Light Tester, etc), adição de novos formatos, manutenção corretiva e preventiva, definição de progressão e aumento de performance de linha; Análise de componentes mecânicos através de Simulação (CAE) para desenvolvimento de novos produtos, resolução de problemas de quebras e aumento da vida útil através do Simcenter (Nastran) e PAMSTAMP; Análise estrutural da lata e tampa utilizando o CAE para redução de peso e consumo de material; Desenvolvimento e Testes das soluções propostas após a análise por Elementos Finitos; Elaboração de desenhos técnicos em NX e AutoCAD de equipamentos e produtos com o objetivo de melhorar performance e nacionalização de componentes.

 Evaluation of Open&Close Durability of Door, Hood, Tailgate, Trunk and Fuel Lid during development of new projects; Evaluation of Marketability and Rigidity Performance of side panels, doors, hood, tailgate, trunk, roof and bumpers, during development of new projects; Open&Close and rigidity CAE to predict the performance of Exterior components, using ANSA and VirtualLab for modeling, and Abaqus and Nastran for processing; Performing and Validation of Tests of Closures Durability and Panel Rigidity, and counter-measure proposals; Performing and Validation of Exterior Tests, such as Water Leakage, Wind Noise, Mirror Vibration, Wiper Performance and Fit&Finish analysis; Feasibility with Studio Design Center in Wako (HGW); Business Trip to suppliers to learn new processes and quality standards; Development of CAE procedures with Honda Japan to apply in Honda Brazil; Projects: City Global, Fit Global, Honda-e, N-Van.

 Participation in projects of product application to national and international automakers; Analysis of components using CAE (ANSYS); Tests preparation and evaluation; Measurements in laboratory for product validation; 2D and 3D Drawings (Unigraphics), Parts List (SAP) and Product Configuration; Analysis of components and other activities of Product engineering (product modification, technical analysis). Projects: Toyota Corolla starter, Honda CG150 starter (2W).
