Main tasks:• Responsible for giving trainings and customer/Field Service Engineer/Distributors support in the Urinalysis, Coagulation, Gasometry and Point Of Care lines at Roche Diagnostics in Brazil and LATAM.• Dealing with support requests and queries from Roche Staff (Field Service Engineer - FSE) via phone, email and digital solutions (Second Level Support - SLS).• Dealing with support on site (SOS)requests from Roche Staff (Field Service Engineer - FSE)• Creating local documentation for Troubleshooting.• Ensuring technical support/ configuration/ installation/ troubleshooting for analytical instruments or systems which are supplied by Roche using phone and remote connection.• Designing and conducting technical training for Roche employees and distributors• Responsible for information and knowledge transfer, support for product updates and new launch• Cooperating with colleagues from the international team and taking responsibility in the implementation of individual projects and goals.• Directly contact with Global Customer Support via e-mail and service meetings• Responsible for problem solving / methodical search for errors• Being focused on providing excellent service to Roche customers, demonstrating strong listening and communication skills by phone when engaging with people, and being comfortable as part of a team• Team spirit, intercultural cooperation• Knowledge in usage of documentation tools (Salesforce)
