I have received extensive training in various areas, such as civil aviation security and safety, threat and error management, transporting dangerous goods, and international air traffic. My training and experience helped me to develop the ability to safely operate professional aircraft for major commercial airlines. From the incipient stages of my career, as predicated by my specialized training, I have assumed an authoritative and respected position in the field of aviation.I served as a Consulting-Trainee for Airframes Engineering & Strategy where I prepared technical operations manuals: MGO (General Operations Manual), PTO (Operational Training Program), and MCmsV (Flight Attendant Manual).After, I served as a Technical Assistant to the Operations Director at Webjet Linhas Aéreas. In this capacity, I elaborated and maintained technical operations manuals, as well as performed updates of the company’s EO (Operational Specifications). I elaborated the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), as well as the elaboration and certification of the Dangerous Cargo Manual, the Airports Manual, the CRM (Corporate Resource Management) and documentation and approval of protocols at ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency). Further, I created and managed the crew training area including development of the simulator training program.Concurrently, I served as a Co-Pilot at Webjet Linhas Aéreas on the Boeing 737-300 aircraft. As such, I supported the Captain in safe operation of flights and assisted in all phases of flight.Currently, I serve as an Airline Captain of Embraer 190/195 aircraft at Azul Linhas Aéreas.
