✓ OSX Brasil S.A. bank liabilities restructuring, new business model implementation and private capital search from Private Equity Funds;✓ Reductions in financial liabilities and revenue and expense flow equalization, end of the receivership of the former OGX - now called Dommo Energia;✓ CFO project in Chile (Copiaport-e-Porto Agrícola-greenfield project), working on the development of the financial model and searching for capital with local and foreign investors.

✓ Management of Eldorado's currency exposure using local instruments to mitigate mismatches in the company's balance sheet;✓ Reduction of debt costs, derivative transaction costs, and marked improvement in the net debt to EBITDA ratio.

✓ In charge of planning and coordinating the box of the six companies that make up the group with amounts ranging from R$8 to R$12 billion, enabling financing (local and external lines - including two RegS 144A issues) of up to US$15 billion;✓ Co-responsible for defining the strategy and execution of the Group's derivatives (Hedge);✓ Two IPO operations (OSX and OGX) and two IPO operations (LLX and CCX) - Spin-off;✓ Four M&A transactions (Nexus1 - OSX1 FPSO, Ventana Gold, Eneva (former MPX Energia S.A. / E-on, Porto Sudeste - MMXM11 - MDC / Trafigura);✓ Sale of CCX Colombia assets to a Turkish group (Yildirim);✓ Co-responsible for the Restructuring of EBX's Debt (Public and Non-Public Companies) - US$ 15 billion.

✓ Active member of the Company's Initial Public Offering in December 2007;✓ Participate actively in the contracting of financing structures and exchange and interest rate derivatives for two thermal power plants that use imported coal. Their generation capacity is over 1GW, divided between Pecém 1 uses 50/50 EDP and MPX, and Itaqui uses 100% MPX.

✓ Responsible for financial planning, onshore and offshore, development of calculations focusing on currencies, interest rates and commodities, aiming to reduce impacts for the company.✓ Mapping the flow of foreign exchange exposures, working capital operations and the construction of the portfolio of foreign exchange derivatives that reached a few billion dollars, monitoring through quantitative models-software developed by Maps Risk Solutions.

✓ Responsible for financial risk management and execution of the Group's proprietary offshore trading portfolio - Hedge Book (futures and options contracts) for SOFT commodities on NYCE and Energy Contract Management on NYMEX.
