OSS/OMC/EMS/NMS Senior Support Consultant:In my role, I focus on addressing internal and customer trouble tickets. My responsibilities include integrating our ETL environment with NBIs from different vendors (such as Ericsson's OSSRC/ENM, Nokia's NetAct, Huawei's U2000/U2020, etc.), identifying software and database-related bugs and inconsistencies, analyzing network optimization key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data integrity through data search on customer's OSS NBIs, and assessing performance counters from various segments of telecommunication networks (RAN, CORE, Transmission, etc.). This comprehensive approach aims to ensure end-to-end network efficiency and reliability.Backend Developer:A significant challenge in this position was the development of new methodologies for automating tasks on a remote server (usually an OSS NBI from different vendors) from a remote host. Initially faced with obstacles such as managing over 10 Terabytes of data daily and adhering to stringent network security policies, I succeeded in creating a strategic advantage by automating necessary tasks without the need to host our scripts on the operator's servers. This innovation not only enhanced BwTech's competitive edge by reducing the impact on the operator’s server processors but also facilitated faster deployment of BwTech's software, NetChart, due to the lessened security constraints.I specialized in developing server automation tools, utilizing Shell Script (Bash, awk) for routine task automation, C/C++ and Python for more complex operations. These operations include classifying files based on their content, transferring them to appropriate parser servers via secure transmission protocols, and parsing information from different sources, to ensure database consistency and data integrity. Furthermore, I have acquired extensive knowledge of the NBI for many different OSS/NMS/EMS servers from various vendors, such as Alcatel, Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, ZTE, etc.

Integration engineer:Working as a network integration engineer for projects with a big revenue, for this period I have worked with the OMC product iManager(U2000 and M2000), for my daily workload it was my responsibility to plan and design the product network solution, to submit all the planning scheme and the support documentation for the customer's approval, to schedule meetings and close the integration schedule, to deploy the solution and implement it on the customer´s network according to the Huawei's quality standards, to commission and perform the acceptance along with the customer in order to receive the revenue. Customer support:Responsible for the customer support of the iManager product. For the work scope, it was my responsibility to advise the customer with the network and product technical issues, to open and solve support tickets, to deploy activities plans, to evaluate complex and risky activities such upgrades on the live network, manage the human resource and to evaluate the upgrade plan according to the Huawei's quality standards to ensure a risk-free upgrade environment and minimize the impact on these activities.Sales team support:It was part of my work scope to support the sales team with the measurement and evaluation of network load, to provide knowledge support on kickoff meetings, to identify customer needs and new opportunities, to provide face-to-face advice and customize complex offers, to create catalogue portfolio approach to present the iManager product according to the market strategy used by the sales team.Team leader:Responsible for training and managing the engineers Pedro Ivan Nascimento, Marcelo Ferreira Mendes and Denis Shimono. For the work scope, it was necessary to provide the training plan and the strategy for the new engineers on the team, to monitor, evaluate and report about the human resources and man hour performance optimization.
