Reporting to the SQE Manager, member of the purchasing department and supplier quality engineering team at Iveco Group Sete Lagoas, responsible for the quality of suppliers of current items for the commodities Cabs, Vehicle Dynamics, Engines & ATS and Mechanical (Chemical and Mechanic). • Responsible for PPAP validation for current parts of the mentioned commodities; • Support for the RePPAP process; • Process / product change management meeting (CRB) support; • Responsible for the initial assessment and approval of changes proposed by the supplier (SREA); • Responsible for the assessment and approval of deviations (IRW); • Responsible for supporting the supplier on Iveco systems and procedures; • Responsible for supporting the other areas related to the quality of suppliers; • Support to the purchasing team for tool evaluations (Tooling Report); • Support with the supplier to respond to plant quality for complex and/or recurring issues; • Responsible for the management / recovery of critical suppliers (TWS); • Support with the supplier to respond to the CPM team (product quality / end customer) for countermeasures validations.

Reporting to the Quality Coordinator, member of the Nissan Resende plant quality engineering team (Trim Chassis + Body), responsible for the quality of suppliers;• Responsible for the response at plant level to all problems related that affected final customer, considering all parts assembly on the vehicle, except engine;• Responsible for the preparation and presentation to the Nissan board of field issues in responsibility for the quality of parts in a monthly quality meeting;• Responsible for the department as part of the cross-functional team (final customer, plant and parts quality, product engineering) for analysis and problem solving, being the representative for the quality of the supplier's process;• Contact and management of responses from suppliers regarding problems (evaluation and approval of 8D);• Representative of the department and responsible for ISO 9001:2015;• Responsible for dealing with all problems claimed by the end customer within 3 months after purchase;• Responsible for the department in a process change management meeting at the Nissan plant;• Responsible for the department in a product change management meeting at the Nissan plant;• Indirect management of a team of 5 quality inspectors, controlling daily activities and indicators, defining the work routine, coaching an approach on how to deal with the problem and evaluating the results, showing positive points and points to be developed.

Reporting to the Quality Engineer, member of the quality management team at the Nissan Resende plant (Trim + Chassis + Body + Stamp), responsible for tracking with suppliers the capacity in relation to projects and serial life. • Management of the “Off-tool/Off-process” condition of all suppliers related to 3 projects; • Monitoring of supplier risk supply management; • Monitoring capacity management of suppliers, vehicle plant and engines; • Conducting weekly presentations to the board on capacity status and project development; • Management of 5 main documents related to supplier validation in the project. (SMS, PCP, SPPMP, SCD and IR - ANPQP).
