At Grupo SADA, I started as a UX Designer for the app redesign. Our focus was to attract new users and make them interested in navigating through the app. After launching in December 2022, we saw an increase of more than 120% in downloads in stores.Currently, in addition to my work on the app, I am part of the team working on the pages of the O Tempo portal. We are undergoing a digital transformation, expanding the redesign that was done on the Home page to the entire portal and its sub-products. Our goal in this project is to encourage users to access the maximum number of pages within our domains and make this navigation enjoyable. Nowadays, the results speak for themselves. Our monthly access average was previously 340 million, and today we have reached an average of 360 million accesses on our portal and over 7 million clicks on the pages.Furthermore, I am involved in other design projects, including the creation of a new layout for an internal tool that will serve the needs of Business, Marketing, Editorial, and Management. And we worked on a new login flow and a new design for the Logistics tool of the SADALOG Company, aiming to enhance its efficiency and usability.

At NSpaceBR, my role was to transform the idea that was on paper into a scalable digital product. We conducted detailed user research, usability tests, and created low, medium, and high-fidelity prototypes. I collaborated closely with the development team to ensure the best possible outcome.

As a freelancer, I have applied my skills in many areas of UX Design to deliver exceptional results. I have developed UI designs for mobile and desktop devices, creating a consistent style guide. I have worked closely with both front-end and back-end teams to ensure a smooth implementation. I have utilized flowcharts to map out processes, conducted prototyping at different fidelity levels, and carried out user research to gain valuable insights. Techniques such as creating personas, empathy mapping, user journey mapping, and benchmarking were employed to inform my decision-making. Additionally, usability testing was conducted to ensure the effectiveness of the proposed solutions.
