Currently he works as CIO and CTO for JCL Technology, a Brazilian company that develop complex projects to Brazilian Government, like big WMAN networks for Brazilian Army (Wi-Max Networks), Cooperative LAN networks for Brazilian Internal Revenue Service (IRS), for Brazilian Federal Post-Office, among others. He and his team developed important projects in Software Engineer for Brazilian Government, to cities in country of Brazil, in field of Education and Administration. He has managed and participated of following projects: 1. Army of Brazil (6th Region - 51th Cenre for Telematics) - Project development, implementation and training for the Brazilian Army WMAN in Salvador, Bahia (State of Brasil). This network is composed of six towers-radio (OFDM) with links to 70 Mbps, using Motorola radios (Canopy, Série PTP 500 WB2857 Full Integrated) and Routers Cisco 2811 model features with VoIP network has been used in QoS features and security.2. Implementation of the new logic of the network of "Receita Federal" (Brazilian IRS Department), in all tje states of Bahia and Sergipe (important brazilian States), using ultra modern technology, with new network devices, such as Enterasys Matrix X8, C2K122, C2G170 and BG3124. These devices, high-capacity internal reach a throughput of up to 1.28 Tera-bps (1.28 trillion bits per second). We are currently completing the implementation phase of the network, and we will be starting soon phase Assisted Operation for network monitoring deployed. 3. Implementation and training of New network for the CORREIOS (Main Brazilian Post Office Co.) in the states of Bahia and Sergipe (Brazil), in 2006. He performed implementation of equipment of last generation 3COm, in the "network Campus" design (core levels, distribution and access), with deployment of network management based on SNMP and 802.1x. Services were deployed DNS, DHCP and others. The final network was composed of more than 2000 hosts.

- IP Senior Consultant Engineer - NOKIA Inc (Project OI / Telemar). From Feb/2006 to Jul/2006 he developed the Project of IP Backbone for NGN (Next Generation Network, Release 4) for the OI / Telemar Telco. (2006). This project has provided to interconnect 14 GSM Central Offices, in main cities of country, at the national level, in the IP backbone of Telemar, with has more than 1500 routers. The main elements used in this project were: Cisco Routers 7609 and 6509 (SROs), Nokia Media Gateways (MGWS) and Mobile Switch Center (MSS).

- Senior System Engineer of the Directory Board of System Engineering of FUJITSU of Brazil [http://www.fujitsu.com.br], where He worked as responsible for network support SNA (System Network Architecture), involving projects with networks controlling communication units (CCUs), utilizing protocols SDLC and BSC. He also effected NCP (Network Control Programs) generation. He performed support for MVS (XA/ESA) for Main-Frames (Amdahl 5890 e 5995 – environment IBM). HeI effected configuration for communication controllers for the network systems SNA. He has also participated as support for UNIX (Solares) for SUN servers (SPARC – 1000, SPARC –20). From January of 1995 until April of 1996, He worked as support for Fujitsu’s customer, Petrobras (Brazilian Petroleum Company) in Natal/RN, and from may of 1996 until December of 1996, He worked as support, in the city of Salvador/Bahia, where He performed services for companies like Coelba (Electrical Company of Bahia State), Telebahia (Telecommunication Company of Bahia State) and Prodeb (Data Processing Company of Bahia State), being directly subordinated in the main directory of Fujitsu in Sao Paulo City.

- Senior Field Engineer of the Directory of Maintenance Engineering from FUJITSU of Brazil, where He worked in the company from april of 1988 until march of 1989. He did services for the Bank of Brazil (Bank of Brazilian Government) in Recife, and from april of 1989 until April of 1996 He did services at Petrobras (Petroleum Brazilian Company) in Natal – RN. It was part of his attribution to perform deployment of systems of Large Scale Computers (M360/M380 Main Frames), Networks SNA and his interconnection with the customer’s LANs TCP/IP, through gateways IBM. He also participated as support for the SUN servers, which utilized the SOLARES system, utilizing tools as SUNDIAG, SUN Net-Manager, and sometime He worked as the auxiliary staff of the Commercial Department participating especially of speeches in companies like Petrobrás (Natal-RN) and TELERN.
