Single homes with an average area of 250 sq.m. (2690.98 sq.ft.), as well as smaller units of 1 to 3-bedroom solutions for social housing. Single-home projects also included landscape design plans.Nonresidential projects developed during this time were the following: • Texaco gas station o Followed Texaco station standards o Auto service area for 2 small to mid-sized vehicles o Service area for cargo trucks o Convenience store o Wash station o Complete tire service and store o Parking lot • Health Center o This project was developed as part of a larger project called Mayan Hills. o This center has the following: ►12 bedrooms for hospitalization ►Surgery room ►Delivery room ►Crib room ►24/7 Emergency room with 3 cubicles ►Decontamination showers ►Parking lot ►Morgue ►External consultation offices The largest project I designed during my tenure was a residential complex that had nearly 7500 units. They ranged from 25 sq.m. to 150 sq.m. (269.10≂1614.59 sq.ft.) This also included other surrounding amenities which were designed also, such as: • Gas stations • Market areas• Parks and Rec. Areas • Rest areas with overlooks:o Mountain area o River area • Walking trails with varying workout intensities• Bicycle trails Also, designating specific areas for privately owned ventures that would meet the community's needs.
