My missions as a Career Business Partner for a portfolio of around 600 students between two campuses in Lausanne and Singapore are as follows: - Ensure regular interaction and dialogue with partner companies- Develop new career programs and collaboration opportunities with partner companies in the EMEA and APAC regions.- Create and provide workshops and e-learning content for students- Management of the Career Center LMS content (Learning Management System) - Organize professional coaching meetings to define career objectives.- Create internal communications for professional opportunities.- Supervise and validate contracts of employment (internship agreements).- Create internal training procedures- Develop L&D strategies- Provide students with a profiling assessment (Mental'O Method) with coaching session

Scopes : IT/Digital/ Blockchain - Working with partner companies from the banking, finance, fintech, luxury industry- Sourcing of candidates with niche profiles at the international level- Specialization in technologies such as Bullhorn (CRM) and LinkedIn Recruiter- Screening and interviews (face to face & on remote)- Provide professional orientation services for entry level and mid-level candidates.- Provide recruitment consulting advices to client companies based in the French speaking region of Switzerland- Co-creation of an internal learning workshop- Business development

- Redaction and publication of vacancies on social networks and websites. - Sourcing of candidates from the luxury sector.- Screening & interviews - Onboarding of new employees - Salary administration. - Coordination and participation to internal and external events of the company.

- Opening new school accounts in the northern states of Mexico- Responsible for the existing accounts located in Sinaloa and Sonora states- Giving consulting advisory to bilingual private schools on BEO, WEE and The Masters products. - Working closely with directors to implement BEO World's programs to their courses.

- Expertise in Private Wealth Management Summits- Providing market intelligence to our clients to help them achieve their strategic goals. - Working with a wide range of clients consisting mostly of Asset Managers, Family Offices and Crypto Funds Managers, as well as C- level Executives, Vice-presidents and Directors of companies with over 500 Million dollars on annual revenue.- Providing a network platform for investment opportunities with a very exclusive range of Family Offices based in Latin America.

- Giving advice to customers on a diversified range of high-end products such as diamonds, luxury gems, gold and silver creations. - Regular trainings on specific products and new collections. - CRM management (Compass)- Email marketing and regular follow up of existing clients- Inventories operations- Giving a unique VIP experience to every customer. - Cash register management
