- Work with P.O and Dev;- Development of tests using the method BDD;- Agile Methodologie - Scrum;- Develop tests before the functionality is developed, anticipating possible BUG's;- Follow the developers at the tests and debug's;- Perform API's tests using Postman;- Update and create automated tests with Cypress;- Participate in the development of unit tests;- Perform exploratory quality tests;- Document new processes and test scenarios. - Projects: Vivo Valoriza, Mercedes Club, Porto Plus - Porto Seguro and Viveo - ViVantagem.

- Analyze, monitor and diagnose processes and operations calls;- Experience with agile Scrum methodology;- Incident analysis and root cause identification;- Integration with development team;- Monitor backlog and entry of new features;- Develop documents for technical and functional procedures;
