Creating a disruptive POS solution for retail with our own payment system.

- Launching a FMCG company with a budget of 3K€.- Establishing trading connections with 50+ local and foreign suppliers.- Building up team of 10+ members.- Leading the creation of multiple applications with features needed of FMCG warehouses.- Overseeing stock levels and item availability of multiple FMCG warehouses.- Leading a team of workers in 3 MFCs around Estonia.- Managing & supervising all taxations and payouts to suppliers and workers. - Managing & supervising all fincances inside the company.- Reviewing and placing Purchase Orders of more than 2000 articles and 50 suppliers to ensure full assortment availability at all times.- Managing purchase orders to meet overstock and waste requirements- Creating tools for Inventory Accuracy management used in our retail chain.- Perform random supplier and inventory checks to ensure the highest product availability.- Communicate with buyers and flag potential issues with suppliers and the quality and quantity of products.- Accountable for category and zoning correctness to achieve a standardized warehouse set-up.- Supervise order fulfilment and on-time delivery as well as identifying critical stock levels and implement solutions where necessary.
