I've received my bachelors degree in industrial engineering with a focus on information technology from the Munich University of Applied Sciences. Due to the combination of economic and technical topics, my studies were very versatile and allow me to gather knowledge in both technical and economic areas. I currently work full time on IONITY's Testing Services team (a department of the Charge Point Operator IONITY). My responsibilities focusing on the promotion of our services and on project management, including the planning of expansions of our Test Site and the product ownership for the tools used for reservation and resource management. During my apprenticeship and former permanent employment at the company TSC (a thermal transfer printer and semiconductor manufacturer, which supplies Europe from Munich) I was responsible for the RMA department, for the handling of various business processes and for the training of our customers (distributors and resellers). My tasks also included supporting the sales team in technical questions, in the field and in finding the right solutions/applications for the end customers. Through these tasks, I was able to gain extensive insight into the challenges and operations of a manufacturer.
