- Engineering team leadership focused on defining and managing the solutions portfolio for CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, BMS, Fire Alarm and Suppression technologies to Retail Brazilian customers and other vertical markets, which were served by Johnson Controls, another group company.- New Partnerships with CCTV and Access Control manufacturers, that increased the company competitive at Distribution Center projects and in new/retrofit stores, doubling the sales profit to its main customer, from one Fiscal Year to another. - Solutions development, approval and testing leadership aimed at specific needs and market demands.- Solutions presentations and demonstrations to customers, sales support materials preparation and technical and commercial proposal support. Activities that generated business and projects with new customers and for those who were already in the portfolio.- Inventory study for product use in customer projects. These analyses were carried out to reduce the items volume with a large amount stored and with low movement in recent years, in addition to scheduling the purchase of high turnover equipment.

- Responsible for the technological partnerships: Products and Solutions Manufacturers and Distributors (Hardware and Software) related to technological architectures systems integrated (Physical Security, Smart-Grid and Smart Cities) and service providers companies. This work resulted: • Receiving the GOLD Certification, related to partnership level with Cisco. • Obtaining and maintaining the GOLD and PLATINUM Certifications, related to partnership level with HPE-ARUBA.- Establish for the company the strategic partners to be included in projects based on technical and commercial capabilities. - Leadership in the design of product import process implementation, mainly to meet the Incoterms FCA-Miami purchases for HPE-ARUBA solutions.- Monitoring technological partners pipeline comparing them with company’s commercial opportunities. Analyzing current sales status numbers with prime projects.- Working with Marketing department to develop a budget plan, using rebates and other associated funds from specific programs, define the events to be promoted for customers and which partners (Manufacturers and Distributors) will participate sponsoring these activities.

- Integrated Electronic Security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Perimetral Protection and Fire Detection, Alarm and Extinguish / Suppression) practical demonstrations on test panels or real situations, making a temporary installation at customer sites. Some examples for these activities were the GRU-Airport Proofs of Concepts (POC) that generated revenues of more than R$50 million.- Helping Account Executives in Integrated Electronic Security systems with technical-commercial presentations, involving products belonging to the company's portfolio and market solutions to meet customer’s needs. These activities helped doubled company revenues two consecutive fiscal years.- Responsible for technology corrective maintenance in General Motors’s access control systems servers, Picture Perfect, located at Brazil and Andean region. - Managing, supervising and Start-up CCTV, Access Control and Perimetral Protection system projects at customers (Vivo, Kraft-Mondelez, Embraport, Sodecia, GM, etc).

- New solutions and technologies research and development for Electronic Security System market (Access Control, Intrusion and CCTV), using the contact with suppliers, as well as participation in events, trade fairs and trainings. Some integrations between those systems were done, as projects required. - Product, systems, solutions and providers evaluation, review and approve, facing to Electronic Security Systems, to meet quality requirements, technical and commercial conditions.- Development of Portfolio solutions commercial and technical trainings for all company departments in order to increase sales, manage the projects implementation and field maintenance support.

- Electronic security systems deployment and maintenance services coordination: Closed circuit television (CCTV), Intrusion, access control, fire alarm control panel and fire extinguish. - Field services technician for preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic security systems and Congress Digital Sound.- Resident technician for electronic security systems maintenance in the Bank Boston’s Brazil Headquarters, at São Paulo – Brazil, and telephone support to all branches in the country.

- Installations and maintenances of Siemens PABX telephones.- Telecommunications field services in Sao Paulo downtown to several channels, from home to industries.
