I attend to different clients weekly through the Support and Continuous Improvement channel and have acted as a consultant on projects in various national industries. As a project manager, I lead a cross-functional team working on the implementation of an integrated marketing product management system for a multinational company, conducting meetings and creating materials in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.My professional journey includes other significant experiences, such as restructuring the editorial policy of a scientific journal at an NGO, where I led a team of over 30 people and dealt with more than 100 stakeholders.
