I work as a UX/UI Designer on an international project, provided by the Chingu group, to develop a platform for managing expenses with friends, family, roommates, etc. My main responsibility has been the creation of interfaces and the visual identity.● Operating in an international environment, using English as the main language for daily communication with the team;● Collaborating closely with a Product Owner, two Scrum Masters, and a team of five developers to facilitate communication and foster synergy across disciplines;● Developing and analyzing moodboards to define visual directions, ensuring alignment with user expectations and perceptions;● Designing low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes focused on quick usability testing and iteration to validate design concepts and user flows;● Creating a cohesive visual identity using methodologies like Style Tiles and Elements Collage to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints;● Developing high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that represent the final look and feel, aiding communication with stakeholders and providing a clear vision for developers;● Leading file organization and documentation, including the creation of a design system and detailed specifications for a smooth handoff to the development team.*Additional details will be provided upon project completion.

I worked as a volunteer UX/UI Designer on the QuickServices project, a mobile application aimed at connecting service providers with clients. The project was halted during the research phase due to various scheduling conflicts and poor management of the team and the project overall.Responsibilities:● Collaborated with 2 Product Owners, 1 developer, 1 designer, and 2 Agile coaches to ensure the effective implementation of the design.● Developed planning techniques, such as the Lean Pyramid and CSD Matrix. ● Created research hypotheses and proto-personas for validation through research.● Conducted user research, including interviews, surveys, and benchmarking, to gain a deeper understanding of users' needs, behaviors, and preferences, guiding design decisions and promoting a user-centered solution.

Brazil

I volunteered in the Conectados program at Sempre Design, contributing to the redesign of an education portal that serves various Brazilian states.Responsabilities:● Shared my perspective on topics and problems during the 27 workshops to encourage diverse viewpoints and deeper exploration of topics, leading to more comprehensive solutions.● Conducted desk research to identify 2 major insights that informed our strategy. Additionally, participated in benchmarking, data collection, and metric definition to gather relevant information and compare industry standards, aiding in informed decision-making and progress tracking.● Participated in key design process phases, assisting with 9 interviews that resulted in 480 pieces of data. Also helped in data analysis, brainstorming, persona and user journey development, resulting in a total of 41 functionality ideas.● Collaborated on the development of a lo-fi prototype consisting of 42 screens with transitions, which was tested with 5 users, leading to 9 corrections.● Fostered collaboration with a diverse team of 6 designers, 4 developers, and 3 market professionals, ensuring open communication and alignment throughout the project.
