Worked as data science intern for one of the largest banks in Brazil. Used Python for cleaning, analysing data and creating models, as well as preparing and delivering presentations for managers and directors.

Worked as Student Researcher on the Architecture, Image and Signal Processing Research Group in the Computer Department of UFSCar. The research focus on implementing an architecture to train and use Deep Neural Networks on FPGA, using it’s highly parallel capacities to achieve great results.

Worked as Student Researcher on the Architecture, Image and Signal Processing Research Group in the Computer Department of UFSCar. The research focus on the comparing and optimization of OpenCL and OpenMP highly parallel and scalable code using the Intel Xeon Phi Coprocessor with offload techniques.

Researched on the Advanced Computer Architecture Group at the University of California, Irvine. The research aimed to implement a primitive convolutional layer in FPGA using Ph.D. candidate Min Soo Kim’s approximate multiplier, surveying and comparing the results with other approximate multipliers.

Worked on the Laboratory of Learning Objects (www.loa.sead.ufscar.br/) as Game Developer. Used the Unity Game Engine and C# programming language to develop a simulator of a Chemistry Laboratory (called LABTECA) to be used on the university’s courses. Indicated to best serious game at SBGAMES 2016.
