As a member of the Litigation Department, I represent diverse clients in general commercial disputes, including claims for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, quantum meruit, trademark infringement, civil RICO violations and commercial mortgage foreclosures. I have also represented defendants in criminal cases and before administrative panels. I have also litigated cases before state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the International Chamber of Commerce and FINRA. I am also a member of the firm's Bankruptcy Practice Group.
