Current● Managed daily operations, tenant relations and security for a portfolio of 28 residential units and 1 commercial space● Collect monthly rental payments from tenants, issue receipts and follow up on late payments● Start eviction proceedings per local laws when tenants fall behind on rent payments or commit serious lease violations● Schedule maintenance work based on tenant requests, hired personnel to complete work orders and following up to ensure each assignment has been completed correctly● Prepare expense reports using receipts from maintenance work and utilities to inform owners
