Plaza Adelante Tech Center (PATC) primarily targets Spanish-speaking adults and youth ages 17-24. Distributed over 200 refurbish computers to low income families with a social enterprise model managed by the Mission Techies.Proctored over 400 participants on Microsoft Office Certifications.Responsible for hiring, training and supervision of computer center staff and lead in designing tools and process to integrate technology tools in the integrated service delivery models at the Digital Opportunity Center (formerly known as Plaza Adelante).Responsible for implementing BTOP/NTIA and CETF Broadband Adoption Deliverable's; trained over 500 on Basic/Intermediate Digital Literacy Training. -
