Hello! I'm Leonardo Zagotta. Married, father of two, and in my spare time, I work at Movidaria. 😉My story has 2007 as a milestone. I got married twice: once to Fabiana, my wife, and once to Movidaria (then Mendes Miguel). Since then, these relationships have remained strong, despite the ups and downs that reality imposes. I value the tenacity needed to uphold vows freely made in the past. Loyalty to carry them forward shapes character. Our biography is at stake until our last breath.Looking at it coldly, a company is a class of assets. But if it's where you work and dedicate your time and energy, it's much more than that: it's a place where you can serve others, using your talents to solve some of the world's problems, putting your skin in the game. Doing this systematically requires a capacity for learning, updating, and reflecting in a constant movement. And as we know, the best place for a movement is within it! 🌪️My wish, and that of everyone at Movidaria, is that more and more people carry out their movements with authenticity: seeking a promotion, making a career transition, taking on a leadership role, changing companies, and so on. We are passionate about creating sparks and, in some way, fostering a posture of courage and hope so that movements happen. And all of this depends on the individual capacity to learn, transforming potential into action, propelling human intelligence!In Movidaria's 25 years of existence, we have developed over 1,200 learning, culture, and leadership projects: we have trained over 800,000 people in more than 130 of Brazil's 500 largest companies.
