Proyecta UNI is a student section of project management with more than 20 years promoting the learning and application of good practices in project management, under global approaches such as PMI, IPMA, PM4R, etc; among UNI students contributing to their personal and professional training.Proyecta UNI has allowed me to develop professionally. Some of what I got, thanks to Proyecta UNI, was:☑️ Obtain first place in the Latnet IPMA Project Management Championship 2022, representing Peru, the National University of Engineering and Proyecta UNI. Being able to later certify myself as IPMA level D.☑️ I have been a pioneer in promoting the international certification 🌐 CAPM in UNI students (and friends from other universities). Proyecta UNI has achieved, during 2022, a total of 13 CAPM certified students, 3 IPMA level D certified students and 6 Scrum Master certified students.☑️ During 2022, a total of 6 programs and 31 projects were executed. This represents 62.0% of what was planned, since we had many changes in the portfolio over the months. Still, each project was progress for the section, so we are very proud of them and the lessons learned they left behind for the section.☑️ Funds were virtually increased by approximately 15.8%, which represents a great impact on the projects that the new board of directors will be able to generate.
