Support Engineer, Lead - Mobile & Auto Support

- Lead team of Support Engineers enabling customers to build mission-critical apps with our mobile SDKs
- Serve as escalation point for incoming customer technical questions, best-practices requests, and reported issues
- Work closely with strategic customers to guide SDK integration and achieve key goals
- Coordinate with product teams, TAMs, and SAs to unblock customers and resolve reported issues
- Aggregate customer feedback and identify targeted improvements across our tech stack
- Mentor teammates to nurture their growth and build mobile skills on our team to better serve customers
